iQC / iMatch & VS410 Format Error
Receiving "Format Error - not enough data points returned!" when using the VS410 (VeriColor Spectro) with iQC / iMatch.Receiving "Format Error - not enough data points returned!" when using the VS410 (VeriColor Spectro) with iQC / iMatch indicates that the VS410 has lost some of its settings. This can be caused by a power loss to the instrument. Restarting iQC / iMatch will initialize the VS410 with the proper settings.
