If your i1 is passing the diagnostic tests other than the noise measurement, the issue may just be electrical interference with your device. Make sure that you are using an insulated USB cable wth your i1. Try using a different port on your computer. Remove un-needed peripheral devices like speakers, tablets, or extra monitors from your work area. In some cases, building elements like rebar can amplify electrical noise, so you can also try positioning the i1 in a different part of your workstation to eliminate ambient electricity.
