Tree Light is Behaving ErraticallyIn the event that the software “traffic” light is behaving appropriately, giving the correct light color for pass/warn/fail, but the tree light indicates a red light followed by a green light.This is a typical problem and is caused when the user unknowingly has a project loaded in the instrument, and they are running their project via software. When there is a project in the instrument, the instrument will always indicate status based on the instruments project first, then indicate status of the software project (hence the double signal). Given that 99.9% of the time the sample being measured is not a standard in the instruments project, the result will always be a red light, followed by a light indicating true status of the measurement based on the software project
