500 Series / 939 - XRGA Information
New orders of 500 Series and 939 units are XRGA-native and have been shipping since January 3, 2011.
All units returned for Service are updated to the XRGA Standard. A notice is included in the package to explain the update and the impact of the change.
A 500 Series or 939 that has been updated to new XRGA can be identified by:
- 500 Series: New Serial number on the Calibration Plaque will start with 70,000 (this is also stored in the instrument).
- 939: New Serial number on the Calibration Plaque will start with 20,000 (this is also stored in the instrument).
- XRGA Sticker on the outside of the instrument.
- XRGA sticker on the bottom of instrument next to the serial number.
