IntelliTrax Access Path Denied Error Message on Vista
When taking a reading while in the PressTool an access path denied error message appears.| Affected Models | Firmware Version | Software Version |

When using the software on Windows Vista OS; the following erroneous error message (shown below) can occur after hitting the ‘Measure’ button in the PressTool.
Workaround
Ignore the error message by clicking ‘Close’ and re-measure the sheet by hitting ‘Measure’ button again
