The X-Rite benchtop is equipped with a conventional "B" style (peripheral), USB interface connector. A full-speed cable (maximum length - 6 feet) may be purchased from a quality manufacturer as a replacement for the original. If longer cabling is demanded, it is suggested that [a] only the best quality cable be purchased, and [b] that the length be kept as short as is possible.
