Q: Why can't I connect to the MonacoQCcolor server?
A: There are many reasons why a client may not be able to connect to the server. The following is a quick checklist of the most common reasons:
Verify that the name and password are spelled and capitalized correctly - both name and password are case sensitive.
Verify that the server is running, and that the enable connections checkbox is checked.
Verify that the Server address and port address are correct: (localhost is the address for a server running on the same computer or use the TCP/IP address of a remote server.) The default port is 3333 but can be changed by the server administrator based on firewall needs.
If you are still having problems talk to your MonacoQCcolor Server administrator to confirm that other users are not experiencing similar problems.
