Retrieving lost scorecard or repo server password

Go to your Scorecard Server account at: http://scs.thecustomer.colorcert.com/

1. hit the "lost password" button
2. enter your email address
3. hit "Reset"-button

4. receive email with subject: "Your Scorecard Account's Password-Request Verification"
5. hit "Verify Password-Reset"-link (this takes you temporarily back to login screen - please read the remarks)

6. receive 2nd email with subject: "Your Scorecard Account's New Password" (this contains your new password)

7. enter your new password to log-in to your account (copy/paste from 2nd email)

Once logged-in you can adjust your personal password to a more personal one.
Therefore go to the "preferences/User settings"-tab and enter/save your password.
