During your Field Service visit, a qualified X-Rite Field Service Engineer will come to your location to perform preventative maintenance and certify your light booth. The Service Engineer will measure and document color temperature and brightness, comparing them against device specifications to ensure compliance. They will also offer usability suggestions to achieve the highest quality and most accurate results and answer any questions you have about your light booth.
