Q: I just bought a new Mac G5 computer. Ever since I installed Profiler v4.7 my computer is putting itself to sleep at will, usually during print jobs. When I wake the computer, my monitor color has changed and is very obviously off color. In order to restore the monitor to its correct profile I have to restart my computer, and upon restart the monitor's color is back to normal. Is it possible that your software is causing this?
A: The issue you are describing is actually the default energy saver settings in MacOS X. We have nothing to do with that. You need to go into System Preferences and increase the delay or turn it off. The color will always be off when you wake the computer, because it needs to warm up again.
