Naming Monitor Profiles

Naming Monitor ProfilesIn older versions before v1.1 of ColorMunki, the software auto generates a name for your monitor profiles. This name includes the type of monitor (ie. "Display1" or "ColorLCD") and the selected whitepoint. In version of the software 1.1 or later you now have the ability to give these profiles specific names.  

It is not possible to rename a profile after it was created without using profile editing software.  If you need to rename a monitor profile it is suggested to go back through and re-profile the monitor.  Trying to change the name externally to a profile does not change the internal tags, both of which must match.  Trying to rename these files will result in miss-matches and errors.
