During the process of establishing a connection or if any commands are trying to be sent to the head while the cable connector (energy chain) is unplugged from the back of the head; the head will start inching away from the docking station.
Always make sure the cable connector is plugged into the head. If the cable is plugged in and the problem still exists, then send the system to your local service center for repairs.
