eXact 2 Firmware
The eXact 2 firmware release (v1.2.247) supports all eXact 2 models and introduces the following improvements:
Speed improvements to address lagging
- Improves measuring time when awoken from idle
- Allows to delay entering idle to ensure measurements can be taken quicker during heavy usage
Communication improvements
- Improves USB communication
- Improved X-Rite Link communication
Certification / NetProfiler improvements
- Added Certification Date field to system information
- Improved NetProfiler Icon
- NetProfiler also applied for Scanning
Power management improvements
- Fixes measurement issues if battery was below 26% (grinding/slow running noise)
UI / Function improvements
- Fixes dE constants issue
- Fixes Density Summary screen bug, to automatically switch to measured patch and color
- Fixes quick standards issue, to show new added standard
- Fixes Pantone Library standards info issue, by using measurement condition of the tool
- Improves useability, with re-arranged Main Menu and Close buttons on all screens buttons/layout/content
- Improves speed when switching between tools
- Fixes an issue with partial delete of digital loupe images when factory reset was performed
- Fixes a workflow issue of the Density tool, to start with first step for TV and Contrast
