Edge Detector Problems

If you are experiencing problems with the edge detectors please read through the below suggestions.
The most common problem customers have run into has a quick and simple fix.

It seems that the detectors themselves gather dust, dirt, moisture, or material fragments and severely reduce the sensitivity of the detectors. The fix for this is quick and simple, just clean the edge detectors and reflectance tape.

If the system (Default) is set up for a 48-inch wide web and the operator runs smaller width material without changing the job parameters error messages may also occur.
