i1Pro 1 Support Dropped in i1Profiler 3.2.0

i1Profiler version 3.2.0 (and future) has removed the support for revisions A through D of the i1Pro spectrophotometer (i1Pro 1), because the i1Pro 1 has reached end of life and is no longer supported for service. i1Pro 1 devices will not be recognized, neither to license the software nor to perform any measurements.
 To continue using the i1Pro 1, keep i1Profiler version 3.1.1, which supports MacOS 10.13.x through MacOS 10.15.x and Windows 7 to 10 (32 and 64 bit). Version 3.1.1 can be downloaded here:

If you did already install version 3.2.0, disconnect the i1Pro 1 from your computer, close all software, uninstall i1Profiler (Mac: move i1Profiler folder to trash, Win: uninstall via control panel ‘Programs & Features’) and restart computer. There is no need to uninstall the ‘X-Rite Device Service’. Then install i1Profiler version 3.1.1 again.
