880/890 Series - Warning Replace Lamp
This message is usually driven by a Bad Lamp but can be caused by other problems.
Can your get to the Main Menu?? If not, then you will need to get the unit serviced.
If you can get to the Main Menu, then the lamp really needs to be changed. The useful life of the lamp has expired. Change the lamp p/n: 880-07.
Verify you are using the proper power supply, low voltage to the instrument would reduce the lamp output.
X-Rite's uses a 12VDC power supply.
