Service, Certification, and Warranty Options for X-Rite Devices
When you invest in an X-Rite product, you can rest assured that we’ll be here to support you and help keep your devices in top working condition.
Our Service Centers and Global Partners feature our most advanced testing tools, including temperature and humidity-controlled service areas. Our ISO 9001 Certification ensures that we can meet your quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, and ISO 17025 Accreditation validates our competence in calibration.
Get Repair
With 7 global service centers and more than 40 certified service partners, it’s easy to reach us. If your device needs repair or certification, start by opening a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. An X-Rite Service Technician will contact you with further instructions.

Annual certification will provide confidence to you and your customers that your device is performing effectively. Our ISO 9001 Certification ensures we can meet your quality and applicable regulatory requirements, and our ISO 17025 Accreditation validates our competence in calibration.

We pair world-class support with all of our products and solutions to keep them in optimum condition once they leave the factory. Once your initial warranty is up, you can extend coverage with a Service Care Package to ensure your device continues to operate in peak condition.
Each of our service contracts includes X-Rite’s Annual Five Point Checkup, uniquely developed to keep your devices performing to original specifications. Our streamlined operations ensure you receive industry-leading response times, priority service, and free loaner support.
Based on the plan you choose you will have access to:
- E-mail Support and Call Center services, which includes technical e-mail and phone support, priority e-mail responses, and a dedicated phone line that will be answered within 1 minute.
- Verification services, which includes annual inspection, cleaning, and calibration for your device, ISO certification and documentation, and a NetProfiler license, which can verify and optimize the performance of your color measurement devices and correct issues.
- Repair services, which includes priority service, X-Rite certified parts, and labor and parts for Break-Fix and Product Defects.
- Additional services like expedited shipping, a loaner unit while yours is being repaired, training, and paid return shipping.
