How to Get Started with My X-Rite
- Login or create an account at my.xrite.com.
- Select Register New Device.
- The registration wizard will open. Select Hardware/Device.
- Enter the serial number for your device. This is usually located on a sticker near the aperture or underneath the device. Click Search.
- Select your model from the list of products. If you need help, select “I can’t find my device in this list” and our team will be happy to assist. Click Next.
- Select the version of your device from a drop-down. Not sure? Select “My version isn’t listed here” and click Next.
- Click Finish. You will see your device in the dashboard along with all device and service history.
- Now that your device is registered, you can quickly and easily create service and support requests for this device.
