At X-Rite we strive for continuous improvement and constant innovation for all our products and services.

Today we are pleased to inform you, as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, X-Rite Europe GmbH is changing logistics partner to FedEx* for your shipments.

Our arrangement with FedEx will use their Priority Service level, allowing us to reduce your shipments in transit time by a full working day.

*This information will only apply for product orders (hardware, software), Service Centre shipments are not affected at this time.

What is going to change?

For EU Countries


For Non-EU Countries

For customers located in the United Kingdom our GB VAT number will continue to apply, you do not need to make any changes or additions.

For customers located in Switzerland our CH VAT number will continue to apply, you do not need to make any changes or additions.

All other non-EU countries will continue with their existing customs and tax clearance arrangements.

What Else Should I Know?

X-Rite Europe GmbH will operate all shipments on a CPT** incoterm basis as standard, this will include Germany where other incoterms had previously been applied.

X-Rite will continue to arrange the courier service for you and will apply the appropriate freight charge to your order accordingly.

**The "risk" for the shipment is transferred to you at the time it leaves our premises.

We are able to offer you the option to insure your consignment whilst in transit for an additional fee. Further details are available upon request.

Anything Else?

We would like to remind you that it is possible for you to arrange FCA (Free Carrier) collection from our facilities – in order to comply with X-Rite and Veralto’s strict Export Compliance regulations, you should select a carrier from our approved list, which is available upon request.
