The Solo's Baud Rate Does Not Appear in Tool Crib

After configuring Tool Crib and issuing the "br" command, 19,200 for the VeriColor Solo is not displayed, try the following.

1) Re-configure Tool Crib for a different com port (an incorrect com port may have been selected).

2) Try a different RS 232 communications cable (you may have a faulty cable that needs to be replaced).

3) Move this troubleshooting exercise to a different PC (The com port on the original PC may have issues).

4) If the above does not resolve your connection issue the VeriColor Solo will have to be serviced by X-Rite Inc. Click Here to set up an RMA
