Unless approved to be destroyed as mentioned above, if your trade-in product/items are not received by X-Rite within such 90 days, you will be invoiced for the Trade In discount amount
- Any materials not returned to X-Rite need to be recycled or properly disposed of by the customer
- Return Material Authorization # (RMA) is required for all returned instruments / approved components
