If a hub is moved from one PC to another, it may inherit configuration data that is not properly matched to the device. These data are stored in a "Projects" folder (located in the root directory of the VeriColor software program). In the event that ethernet problems are encountered on the new PC, clear the "Projects" folder of all subfolders and files. This should resolve the problem. If not, and if you still have the old PC, then copy all files and folders from the old "Projects" folder onto the new PC.
