XCM Metallix not Opening in Metallix Mode

The functionality of X-RiteColor Master is related to the last two digits of the customer's AUI. In the case of a Metallix user, this will either be 40 or 74 (if Spectrosync is also on the system).

An Applications' Specialist can re-license the software in the event that it was originally issued with an inappropriate AUI.

Launch the application. Go to "Help", "About", and then "Display Licence". The App Specialist will need the 8-digit registration code and your software version. With these data he/she can create a new license key that will activate the Metallix functions.
