eXact Bluetooth activation communication issues

Bluetooth Activation and Paring issue; Bluetooth Communication problem - in some cases the Bluetooth device appears to have been paired properly to the computer but fails to communicate with our X-Rite software.

 You may need to update the Bluetooth drivers. Going to the manufacturer of the computer might make sense, however we have found discrepancies between Intel specifications and what the manufacturer actually installs.
