Instrument is not Compatible with Database
X-RiteColor Master is compatible with 0°/45°, sphere, and multi-angle instruments. The software can create and maintain databases for each of these instrument types. If you have a sphere attached to the software and you attempt to open a 0°/45° database you will receive this error message.
Simply select a compatible database to continue. Available types are:

-
Sphere
-
3-angle
-
5-angle
From the top command bar, click on "File" then "Open Database".
